General Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following conditions:-

  1. A booking will not constitute a legal contract until any deposit requested by the hotel has been paid, and the booking is confirmed in writing with a receipt by the hotel. Thus, unconfirmed bookings are not guaranteed.

  2. Cancellations must be made to the hotel in the first instance by telephone and then in writing. Deposits are non refundable, the amount of which will cover any administration costs incurred. The following cancellation fees will be levied: Under One Calendar Month prior to arrival date: 80% of confirmed price of stay.

  3. Any revenue received from the re-letting of cancelled accommodation will be deducted from the cancellation fees.

  4. All prices are subject to change without notice up to 90 days prior to the arrival date unless previously confirmed in writing. In the case of Government changes in taxation, no notice need be given, even if the booking is confirmed in writing.

  5. Payment for accommodation must be made prior to departure, unless a previous arrangement for the account to be sent on has been agreed in writing, in which case payment must be made within 14 days of presentation of the account.

  6. The hotel will not be held liable for any emergency repairs or unplanned remedial building works taking place during your stay.
